Semi-sweet

Making homemade wine with your own hands is not as difficult as it seems at first. But it will take attention, patience and strict adherence to the instructions of the recipe. Required Ingredients:

  • fruits of grapes - 10 kilograms;
  • granulated sugar - 3 kilograms.

Step cooking:

  1. Grapes are sorted out, removing rotten berries. There is no need to wash them - there is yeast on the surface of the fruit, thanks to which the must will begin to ferment.
  2. The fruits are poured into an enamel basin or pan and pressed well in any way possible. After the container is covered with gauze and put in a warm place for 5 days. Moreover, you need to mix the mass with a wooden spatula several times a day.
  3. After the first signs of fermentation - the berries begin to float to the surface - all the pulp is placed in a colander, and the grape juice is filtered through a layer of gauze into a glass bottle. After that, sugar is poured, it is stirred, and a medical rubber glove is put on the neck of the bottle, pierced in several places. It is tightly fixed with an elastic band. The bottle itself must be filled to 2/3 of its volume, leaving room for gases.
  4. After a few weeks the wine will stop playing - the glove will stop swelling and fall off. Now you need to conduct a tasting to determine the level of sugar. If the workpiece is sour, then add more sugar and let stand for a few more weeks. When the taste of the drink returns to normal, it is filtered again and poured into glass bottles. Then they are corked with corks and placed for 2-3 months in a cool cellar. After this period, the wine can be safely consumed.

Sweet

Sweet wines are those containing 55-80% sugar. To obtain a quality drink, the most juicy, ripe and even overripe clusters with maximum sugar content are chosen. Cooking begins with the preparation of these ingredients:

  • fruits of grapes - 10 kilograms;
  • sugar - 3 kilograms.

Step cooking:

  1. After sorting the fruits, they are crushed to obtain juice and the must is allowed to settle.
  2. Pour sugar into the workpiece and stir it thoroughly.
  3. A water seal is put on the bottle and the blank is left to ferment for 3 weeks.
  4. After the young wine is separated from the sediment, corked and left for another 2 months.
  5. Now the drink is once again filtered through gauze, poured into glass bottles, corked and put in a cool place (basement, cellar) for 8 months. At the end of the term, the sweet wine is ready to drink.

Ice drink
