To prepare, you will need to do the following:

  1. Eggplants are washed, allowed to dry and cut into neat circles. At the same time, their thickness should be one centimeter.
  2. Now you need to cut the peeled and washed bell pepper into strips.
  3. Each garlic clove is divided into three parts.
  4. Parsley is washed, then taken apart into separate branches.
  5. In order to prepare the dish, it is necessary to boil water in a saucepan. It should be lightly s alted.
  6. First put the eggplant in the pan. They should be cooked no more than 3-4 minutes. Do it over low heat.
  7. Sterilized jars should be ready by now. Hot pepper is placed at the bottom, Bulgarian is added, pieces of garlic, parsley sprigs are added.
