This drink will require the following ingredients:
- 5-6 kilograms of carrots;
- 0.5 kilograms of raisins;
- 3 small spoons of black tea;
- 1 bag of wine yeast;
- 3 kilos of sugar;
- 1 large spoonful of citric acid;
- 8 liters of water;
- 2 small spoons of yeast nutrition.
First, you need to chop the carrots coarsely. This is done right in the skin. Place the vegetable in a container of water, bring to a boil and cook for a quarter of an hour.
Place chopped raisins in a glass dish, add sugar and carrot broth. Separately brew tea, fill it with a glass of boiling water, cool and pour into the carrot mixture. After that, add top dressing and enzyme. Steep wine all night.
In the morning, you can add yeast, close the container with gauze and remove for 10 days. After fermentation is completed, the composition should be filtered, put a water seal and move to a dark place. Pour the wine into suitable containers and seal.
With citruses

- 2 kilograms of carrots;
- 4 liters of water;
- 1 lemon and 1 orange each;

- 5 cups of sugar;

To make carrot-banana wine you will need:
- 4.5 kilograms of carrots;
- 2 lemons;
- 1.7 kilograms of raisins;
- 1.7 kilos of sugar;
- 4 oranges;
- 1 cup of brewed tea;
- 1 small spoon of pectin enzyme;
- 8-9 liters of water;
- 4 bananas;
- 2 small spoonfuls of yeast nutrition;
- 1 pack of wine yeast.
Wash and cut carrots, add 6 liters of water and cook for 15 minutes.Strain into a bottle, add sugar and citrus fruit juice. Also put in the composition of bananas, raisins, yeast top dressing, tea and the rest of the water. When the mixture has cooled, you can add yeast and pectin enzyme to it. Insist 5 days in a dark place.
Then strain the composition, set the shutter and set aside to ferment. When this process is completed, drain the drink from the sediment and move to a cool place for 1-1.5 months.
Carrot and grain wine with citrus flavors

- 7.5 kilograms of carrots;
- 8-9 liters of water;

- 3 large spoons of raisins;
- 5 lemons;
- 1 pack of wine yeast.
Mix chopped carrots with water and cook for half an hour. Grind the fruit, add half the sugar to them. Mix the composition with carrot broth, cool the mixture, then add cereals, yeast and raisins. Leave for 6 days in a dark place.
Then put half of the sugar that remained, and leave for another 7 days. Then introduce the remaining sugar and infuse the drink for 1.5 weeks. Strain the composition, install a water seal and put it in a dark place. After 30 days, the drink can be removed from the sediment.
Further storage
