Drain the water from the tomato into the sink, and pour the boiling marinade. We add 65 ml of 6% vinegar directly to the jar and immediately tighten the lid. Pickled tomatoes prepared in this way have a spicy, spicy taste. Well kept.

Tomatoes with vodka

A 3 liter jar of vodka needs a little, only 50 g. Ripe or brown tomatoes 1.8 kg. Of the additional ingredients, a little dill and 4-5 cloves of garlic. We will prepare the marinade from 3 tbsp. l. sugar, a tablespoon of s alt and 1.5 liters of water.

Spicy tomatoes in own juice
