  • 1 liter of water;
  • 5 tbsp s alt (flat);
  • 1 glass of sugar or honey;
  • 2-3 garlic cloves;
  • 6 allspice peas;
  • 1 teaspoon of citric acid (without a slide);
  • cloves - 2 pieces (optional).

Preparatory work

Before cooking, carefully sterilize the jars. To do this, rinse them and put them in a cold oven. Heat it up to 150 C °, keep the container there for conservation for 10 minutes.
