  • 30 grams of tannin;
  • 2.5 kilograms of granulated sugar.

Sparkling strawberry wine

This drink will require the following:

  • 5 kilograms of garden and wild strawberries each;

  • 2 liters of water;
  • 2 grams sherry yeast.

Berries need to be crushed and combined with 2 kilograms of sugar. Cover with gauze and wait for fermentation to begin. Then the juice must be drained and the pulp wiped. Pour water into the wort and heat. This is done up to 35 degrees. Mix with juice and strain.
