Cuprolux: instructions for the use of fungicide, dosage and analogues
Anonim

Such popular foodstuffs as tomatoes, potatoes, cucumbers, grapes are tried by almost every owner of even a small piece of land. It is no secret that these cultures are loved not only by people, but also by malicious microorganisms, the fight against which can only be constant and irreconcilable. The use of "Cuprolux", with knowledge of the intricacies of its use, will help to collect a decent harvest.

Composition and form of release of the drug "Cuprolux"

Wettable powder contains 2 active ingredients: 689.5 g/kg copper oxychloride and 42 g/kg cymoxanil. The fungicide is sold in foil sachets:

  • box of 200 sachets of 6.5 g Cuprolux;
  • box of 150 pcs. 12.5g each

Purpose and principle of operation

Cuprolux is designed to combat plant diseases caused by fungi and other microorganisms. It is a contact fungicide. "Cuprolux" is used to prevent and treat common infections. The harm of the drug in relation to pathogens is explained by blocking the synthesis of RNA in their cells.

Expenditure rate

The manufacturer names the dosage of the fungicide when processing plants. "Cuprolux" shows the best results when used prophylactically. The complexity of the issue lies in the number of treatments with fungicide.

If you start spraying too early, then most often by the time the plants are massively affected by pathogens, the use of healing agents has already stopped.

In addition, too intensive use of "Cuprolux" can cause suppression of the development of the culture itself. The cost of harvesting will also increase. When determining the number of fungicide treatments, it is recommended to consider:

  • weather conditions in a given growing year;
  • variety resistance;
  • sources of infection;
  • the state of a perennial plant in the presence of a chronic course of the disease;
  • Crop protection from wind and short-term cooling, sun exposure.

Instructions for use

"Cuprolux" acts on the surface of the plant. Therefore, it is very important to achieve complete wetting of the leaves and stems from all sides with an anti-fungal agent. The infection is not cured in 1 dose. If symptoms of infection are detected, they immediately begin spraying with a fungicide, adhering to the re-treatment scheme. Depending on the weather conditions and the rate of plant development, it is possible to lengthen the time intervals between the procedures for using "Cuprolux" in a situation of prevention.

To better dissolve the wettable powder of the drug in water, perform the following steps:

  1. Fill the spray bottle with water up to half the volume.
  2. In a separate bowl, dissolve the entire portion of the fungicide in a small amount of liquid using a hydromixer.
  3. Pour this suspension into a sprayer.
  4. Stir 7 minutes.
  5. Add water to required volume.
  6. Mix for 5 more minutes.

During spraying, do not allow "Cuprolux" to precipitate. The procedure is carried out in clear weather, with weakened rays of the sun. Cuprolux fungicide should not be used more than 4 times per season.

If the owner has used a piece of land for many years, then he can predict the development of a fungal disease that he has fought more than once. For example, for a grape vine that has already been affected by mildew, there is a high probability that the fungus overwintered with it. The most effective will be the first treatment with the Kuprolux fungicide on the day the winter shelter is removed. When the buds have not yet opened, it is easy to carry out.

If an infection smoldered on the bushes in autumn, then after treatment leaves will bloom 2-3 times larger than they were last year.

Late blight is a real disaster for planting tomatoes. It seems that in recent decades it has already merged with the nightshade organism, even if the seeds have been pickled. There is no doubt that he is always near or already inside. The only question is the pace of its development, depending on the weather, the method of watering and the cleanliness of the instrument used for pinching. Therefore, the first treatment with the Kuprolux fungicide is carried out even in containers with seedlings. Then the repetitions follow the schedule described in the table above.

Safety precautions

Cuprolux fungicide is moderately dangerous for both humans and animals. It does not cause irritation and increase the sensitivity of the skin. With open respiratory organs, a slight short-term edema of the larynx may form. While spraying "Cuprolux" you can not talk, eat, smoke, breathe through your mouth. It is advisable to cover the respiratory organs with at least a bandage. Work with gloves. Cover the skin as much as possible with clothes and shoes.

After treatment with the Kuprolux fungicide, garden and field operations should be resumed no earlier than 3 days later. Fruits should be consumed after 20 days, and grapes after 30.

First aid

Despite the mild toxicity of Cuprolux, a person may develop an allergy. In such a situation, you need to immediately quit work, move away and restore breathing. Next:

  • wash thoroughly with soap and water all exposed skin;
  • Rinse open eyes with a plentiful stream for 5 minutes (if the drug got into them);
  • take 3-4 glasses of water and induce vomiting (if drops are swallowed);
  • put on clean clothes.

Fungicide compatibility

"Cuprolux" does not react with weak acids. In an alkaline environment, it loses its effectiveness. Without special need, the fungicide should not be mixed with other drugs.

Storage rules

The shelf life of "Cuprolux" is 2 years. Keep it at temperatures from -30 °C to + 40 °C away from residential buildings and feed. Store the fungicide hermetically sealed, in a dry, ventilated area where animals do not have access.

Analogues

The described diseases are treated not only with "Cuprolux". Fungi die when cymoxanil is combined with another chemical compound or with the help of other active substances. Do not forget to alternate the use of "Cuprolux" with various drugs.
