For convenience, the selected piece of native propolis must be frozen in the freezer, then grated on a grater with frequent teeth. The resulting mass is transferred to a thermos and filled with hot (up to 50 degrees Celsius) water. A tightly sealed thermos is left overnight on the central heating radiator or the tincture is heated to its original temperature for 1-3 days.
Tincture needs to be shaken frequently.
Heating above 50 degrees is not worth it, as this leads to the destruction of some of the beneficial components of propolis water.
Aqueous solution
Before cooking, raw materials must be cleaned. To do this, it is poured with clean water for 2-3 hours. Floated pieces of garbage, the remains of honeycombs and bee waste are removed. The water must be drained, the purified propolis should be poured with clean water at room temperature and left to infuse for three days in a dark place.

Dosage

- Adults - 3-5 milliliters 3-5 times a day, half an hour to an hour before meals.
- Children aged 7 to 12 take half the adult dose.
The course of therapy is 21-28 days. Between courses you need to take a break of a week-10 days.
Contraindications
The main contraindication for the use of propolis water is the presence of allergic reactions to bee products. If a person has not used such drugs before and is not sure how his body will perceive the treatment, it is necessary to conduct a test. A couple of drops of the drug should be applied to the skin of the inner part of the forearm.
