  1. The pods are washed under water. The stems are cut off. The pepper itself is cut into rings.
  2. Put the peeled garlic cloves into the pan. Add water, acetic acid, s alt, granulated sugar. The marinade is brought to a boil and kept on fire until the s alt crystals dissolve.
  3. Pepper rings are added to the brine. Vegetables are completely immersed in the marinade, pressing down a little on top. After boiling, the pan is removed from the heat and left for 15 minutes.
  4. After a quarter of an hour, the vegetables are laid out in pre-prepared jars. Marinade is poured on top.
  5. Marinated jalapeno peppers are covered with a lid and left to cool at room temperature. The finished dish is stored in the refrigerator.

  2. For the marinade, bring cold water to a boil. S alt, sugar, acetic acid, oregano are added to it. The marinade is left to boil again.
  3. Peppers with garlic are placed in pre-prepared containers. Pour the prepared brine over the vegetables and leave for 10 minutes. Then the blanks are put into the refrigerator.
  4. Pickle the dish for 5 days. For storage in winter, the marinade is rolled up with metal lids and stored in the basement.
