Classic Pesto Sauce

What you need:

How to make Pesto:

The classic Basil Pesto recipe couldn't be easier. Before cooking, it is recommended to find a good blender, it will be more convenient. Wash the basil sprigs and drain them, by the way, you can leave the stems to add flavor to the sauce. Then you need to throw the greens into a blender, throw nuts and garlic there. All this must be beaten, add one second of the oil (from the dosage indicated in the ingredients), then lemon juice, then throw in a pinch of pepper and s alt. Whisk again until desired consistency is achieved, adding more olive oil if needed.

And now the most important thing, so that the sauce does not go bad, you need to add a drop of parmesan.
