You will need to take:

  • zucchini - 0.8-1 kg;
  • water - 1 l;

Rinse young zucchini, remove the stalk. Chop into thin, long plates with a knife, vegetable peeler. Finished plates are similar in appearance to tongues. Put in jars, folding one by one into rolls.

Pour acetic acid into a container, cover. Boil water and fill the container. Set to sterilize from the moment the water boils in the pan for 7 minutes. Gently take out, roll up.

No sterilization

Harvesting is done with the addition of bell pepper easily, simply and does not require sterilization.

Products:

  • zucchini - 500 g;
  • sweet pepper, capsicum - 1 pc.;
  • green dill - 25 g;
  • mustard seeds - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • chili pepper - 1/2 pcs.;
  • garlic - 4-5 cloves;
  • granulated sugar - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • table s alt - 25 g;
  • apple vinegar - 25 ml.

Prepare vegetables: wash, remove unsuitable parts for food and chop into plates. Rinse the greens, chop. Remove the skin from the garlic, cut into thin slices. Chile is divided into several parts. Peel the bell pepper and cut into strips.

  • water - 500-600 ml;
  • granulated sugar - 1st. l.;
  • table s alt - 1/2 tbsp. l.;
  • table vinegar - 60 ml.

Rinse the zucchini, remove the stalk, cut into tongues. Peel carrots, onions, garlic, cut into strips.

Add water to a suitable container for cooking and pour sugar and s alt into it. Put on a hot stove, cook until completely dissolved. Add vinegar, stir. Cover, wait for complete cooling.

Put dill, parsley, pepper, onion, carrot, garlic and rolled zucchini tongues in a jar. Fill containers with ready-made marinade, cover with lids.

Put sterilized in cold water for 5 minutes from the moment the liquid boils. Roll up.

Products:

  • zucchini - 300 g;
  • garlic - 1 medium clove;
  • bay leaf - 1 pc.;
  • dill to taste;
  • sweet peppercorns - 3 pcs;
  • mustard beans - 1/2 tsp;
  • chili - 3 rings;
  • flower honey - 1/2 tbsp. l.;
  • rock s alt - 1/2 tbsp. l.;
  • table vinegar - 1.5 tbsp. l.

Rinse the zucchini, cut off the stalk and chop into thin slices. Peel the garlic, rinse. Put garlic, chili, mustard, parsley, dill, pepper on the bottom of a glass container. Roll zucchini rolls, put in a jar.

In a saucepan, mix 0.5 liters of filtered liquid and add s alt and sugar. Put on the stove, wait for complete dissolution. Don't forget to stir to speed up the dissolution process. Remove from heat, cool slightly.
