  4. Pour marinade into jars.

  • vinegar - 30 ml;
  • s alt, sugar, peppercorns, tomato paste - to taste.

Cooking steps:

  4. Simmer over low heat with the lid closed for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • s alt, sugar, pepper, laurel - to taste.

Cooking steps:

  1. Mix main ingredients with garlic in a saucepan.

Serving Rules

Rolled vegetables are served to the table as well as pickles, adjika and caviar - as a sauce for meat dishes. It is not forbidden to spread on bread and serve as a separate snack.

Terms and conditions of storage

You can keep blanks at room temperature (up to 20 ºC) in the absence of light. Useful and tasty seaming will remain for a year, it is not recommended to store longer.

After opening the jar, the shelf life of snacks is up to 4-5 days, so it is better to use small containers for canning.
