  3. After 3-4 days, you can feel a sour smell, and foam will appear on the surface, which should be removed.

  5. The liquid is placed in a fermentation tank, which is closed with a water seal.
  6. The container is placed back in its original place.
  7. On the third day, add more sugar crystals.
  8. Three days later, the procedure is repeated.
  9. After about 2 months, the alcoholic product will become lighter, sediment will appear at the bottom. Wine is bottled through gauze and sealed.

At first, the young liquid has a sharp taste and an unpleasant odor, but after a month these troubles will disappear. The product can be tasted. If sediment appears at the bottom, then the liquid is poured again.

The main ingredients are mixed, set to ferment for 8-11 days. The wort is filtered, allowed to ferment in a container with a water seal for the same period. The sediment is removed again. The liquid is left alone for 3 months. Then it is bottled. But it is better to drink alcohol in six months.

The fermentation container is filled with the main ingredients, raisins, chopped bananas. A day later, pectin is introduced. A water seal is installed, the liquid is left for a week. It is filtered through cheesecloth, sweetened if necessary. This procedure is repeated every month 3 times.

With grapefruit

Grapefruits are peeled and peeled, passed through a juicer. The resulting liquid is mixed with orange juice, water and placed in a warm room for two weeks. Filtration is carried out, wine sourdough, sugar are introduced.The product is set to ferment further for 50-60 days. The wine is then bottled. You can try it in 2-3 months.

With ginger
