After the fermentation process is over, the seeds are washed, placed on a cloth and dried in a well-ventilated area. Seeds should be stored in a glass container, which closes tightly, should be no more than half full. To find out where which seeds are, it is recommended to stick a label on the container. Material collected in this way can be used even after 10 - 12 years.
