Tomatoes with bell peppers are crushed in a meat grinder, placed in a small saucepan and boiled for 10 minutes. After that, chopped garlic with carrots is added to the mixture. All this is heated for another 20 minutes, after which the prepared liquid is distributed into jars. When all the containers are filled with sauce, a little chopped greens are added to them. Then the sauce in jars can be mixed and sealed with seaming lids.
