  2. Sugar - 1.5 kg.

Fruits are cut into halves, sprinkled with sugar and left to infuse for 2 hours.

Nuts are crushed and lightly fried.

After the appearance of the juice from the plums, the jam is cooked on a quiet fire for half an hour, then nuts are added to it, and the process continues for another 20 minutes. The finished dessert is rolled into jars.

  1. Prunes, pitted - 1.5 kg.
  2. Sugar - 400g
  3. Cocoa - 50g
  4. Butter - 100g

Prunes are crushed in a blender, covered with sugar and infused for 30 minutes. Then simmer for half an hour.

Next, butter, cocoa are added, everything is gently mixed, and the delicacy is cooked for another 15 minutes.

Jars with this extraordinary delicacy should be stored in dark and cool places.

  2. Water - 150 ml.
