  • peeled Bulgarian pepper - 6 kg;
  • refined vegetable oil - 400 ml;
  • water - 2 l;
  • s alt - 4 tbsp. l.;
  • laurel leaf - 5 pieces;
  • peppercorns (allspice) - 15 pcs.;
  • table vinegar 9% - 250 ml.

Bring water, oil, spices, vinegar to a boil, dip pieces of coarsely chopped pods into the marinade, boil for 5 minutes. Spread the vegetables into jars, filling the volume by 3 quarters, add hot brine, roll up.

No sterilization

You can make a couple of jars of winter snacks without sterilization very quickly. Preparatory work and the process itself will take no more than an hour.

Ingredients for marinade:

  • water - 0.5 l;
  • sugar - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • s alt - 0.5 tbsp. l.;
  • table 9% vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.

Main ingredients:

  • garlic (cloves) - 2 pcs.;
  • pepper (sweet) - 6 pcs

Cut fruits prepared in accordance with all the rules into 4-6 parts. Boil water in a saucepan, blanch the slices in it for 2 minutes. Boil the marinade in another bowl. Arrange the slices in clean jars, put garlic, cut into large pieces, in each. Pour boiling brine over everything, close the lids. Remove the workpiece for storage after complete cooling.

With apples without butter

Blanch vegetables and fruits for 2-3 minutes in a boiling marinade (water, vinegar, sugar).After blanching, put them in a jar in layers, alternating the vegetable layer with a layer of apples, pour in brine, cork with lids.

With honey and garlic

You will need 2 cans of 0.5 liters. They need to be washed and sterilized in the microwave or steamed. It will take an hour and a half to prepare the appetizer.

  • honey - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • vegetable oil - 1 tsp;
  • s alt - 1 tsp;
  • table 9% vinegar - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • sweet pepper - 800 g;
  • garlic cloves - 4 pieces;
  • laurel leaf - 2 pcs;
  • paprika (ground) - 0.5 tsp;
  • black pepper (peas) - 8 pcs.

Spread the chopped pepper into jars, put the peeled garlic cloves on top. Pour boiling water over vegetables 2 times for 8-10 minutes, for the third time - with marinade brought to a boil. After the last filling, tighten the caps.

How much and how to store?

Winter vegetable preparations are best stored in the cellar. There is a constant temperature (0-5 °C) and air humidity. Snack cans do not explode in the apartment if the rules are followed during storage:
