  • water;
  • sugar - 0.5 kg per 1 kg of fruit.

Preparation of syrup:

  1. Jars with peeled and chopped fruit are filled with water up to the very neck.
  2. After 20 minutes, this water is poured into a container and put on fire.
  3. Add sugar and boil for 7 minutes.
