The active ingredient of "Kleshchevit" is aversectin C. It is practically insoluble in water, it is highly soluble in organic liquids (alcohol, acetone), in its pure form it is presented in the form of an amorphous (without the correct crystalline structure) white powder, with cream shade.

Aversectin C, belongs to the chemical class of avermectins, produced by microorganisms Streptomyces avermectilis, consists of 4 avermectins: B1a; B2a; A1a; A2a. "Kleshchevit Super" - another drug, more narrowly targeted, used to combat ixodid ticks, packaged in plastic bottles of 100 grams. The active substance of this remedy is cyprometrin at a concentration of 25%.

"Kleshchevit" is used to process fruit trees, berry and ornamental shrubs, planting vegetables, flowers in flowerbeds and greenhouses. It is suitable for spraying indoor plants.
