You will need:
- 2 cups frozen berries;
- 2 liters of filtered water;
- 4 tbsp. l. honey;
- 1 cinnamon stick (optional).
Cooking:

- Use a sieve or gauze to squeeze the juice out of lingonberries.
- Boil water in a thick-walled saucepan, throw in cinnamon and berry cake, boil for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Add honey to the pot, stir. When the mass has cooled to room temperature, strain it, add lingonberry juice to the liquid.
- Morse is ready. You can serve it to the table or roll it up in sterilized bottles.
