  1. Wash the pepper, cut into halves, remove the core with seeds. Cut the halves into thin strips, 3-5 centimeters long.
  2. Peel and wash the carrots. Cut into strips like a pepper. If desired, you can grate on a coarse grater or use a Korean carrot grater.
  3. Wash the tomatoes, make cuts on them, put in a saucepan, pour boiling liquid over and leave for 2-3 minutes. After that, the skin can be easily removed from them. Finely chop the tomatoes or beat with a blender.
  4. Peel the onion, chop finely, saute in oil until golden brown.
  5. Put the components in a saucepan or saucepan. Pour in tomato juice, sunflower oil, add pasta, s alt, granulated sugar, spices. Stew for a quarter of an hour, the mass should not boil. It is necessary to stir periodically so that the vegetable mass does not burn.
