Consider the use of the insecticide "Kinfos" according to the instructions for use, composition and form of release, how the drug works, its analogues and compatible products.

Composition, release form and purpose of the insecticide

Kinfos contains 2 active substances - dimethoate in the amount of 300 g per 1 liter and beta-cypermethrin in the amount of 40 g per 1 liter.The manufacturer - CJSC "Schelkovo Agrohim" - produces the drug in the form of a concentrated emulsion. According to the method of penetration, "Kinfos" is an intestinal and contact pesticide, it has an insecticidal and acaricidal effect. Produced in plastic canisters with a capacity of 5 and 10 liters.

The product is used against common pests on cereals, potato plantations, beets, fruit and other crops.

How does Kinfos work?

The effectiveness of the insecticide is provided by 2 compounds belonging to different classes, their combination enhances the effect of each. Dimethoate stops the synthesis of esterase, disrupts the activity of the central nervous system and respiration. Beta-cypermethrin also stops the activity of the nervous system, and also disrupts the permeability of cell membranes.

"Kynfos" protects plants for at least 2 weeks in a row, the duration of this period depends on the type of pest and weather conditions.

Consumption rate and application of funds

Kinfos application rate varies depending on the type of cultivated crop (in 1 liter per ha):

  • wheat - from 0.15-0.25 to 0.5;
  • oats and barley, potatoes - 0.15-0.2;
  • pastures - 0.3-0.4;
  • beets, sunflower, corn, legumes - 0.25-0.4;
  • soy - 0.3-0.5;
  • fruits and grapes - 0.4-0.5.

Spraying is carried out at different times - before germination or on vegetative plants, from acridoids - during the development of larvae. Insecticide liquid consumption also varies - from 100-200 liters per ha to 200-400 liters per ha for cereals, legumes and vegetables; up to 600-1500 liters per ha for fruit and grapevines. Waiting period - from 20 to 60 days, multiplicity of treatments - 1 or 2.

Safety when using

"Kinfos" refers to insecticides with hazard class 3 for humans. These are harmless drugs. For bees, the product is very toxic, it is forbidden to process plantings that are located near apiaries, gardens during flowering. Cannot be used in fields near bodies of water.

Protective equipment is necessary to prevent the penetration of particles of the solution into the respiratory system, contact with the eyes and skin. If the solution comes into contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with clean water.

As for plants, phytotoxicity in "Kynfos" has not been identified. Also, resistance to the drug has not been noted.

Concomitant drugs

"Kynfos" is perfectly combined with other products designed to protect plants from damage by insects.It is combined not only with insecticides, but also with fungicides (cannot be mixed with alkaline preparations). When mixing different drugs, if you do not know about their compatibility, you need to check it yourself. To do this, you need to mix a small amount of funds in a separate container and, if a chemical reaction is not noted, you can mix the drugs in the tank.
