Alfacin: instructions for use of insecticide, dosage and analogues

The action of the drug is intestinal and contact. The product is available in plastic bottles of 1 liter, canisters of 5, 20 and 25 liters. Bottles can be purchased for use in household plots, canisters - for processing large fields.

The mechanism of work and the purpose of the drug

Alpha-cypermethrin has an effective effect on insects at all stages of development. It has a long residual effect.

Like other pyrethroids, the substance affects the calcium metabolism of pests and upsets the central nervous system. The motor centers of insects are affected, followed by death from paralysis.

"Alfatsin" process wheat, barley, rapeseed, mustard, potatoes, fodder and table beets, peas, alfalfa and pastures. Pests against which it acts: bug bug, aphid, leech, leafhoppers, rapeseed beetle, leaf beet aphid, fleas, thrips, mining fly, pea weevil, codling moth and aphid, Colorado potato beetle, weevils.Pastures are treated for locusts.

How to properly use insecticide

Alfacin application rate (in l per ha):

• wheat, rapeseed, mustard - 0.1-0.15;
• barley, beets, peas - 1;
• potato - 0.07-0.1;
• alfalfa for seeds - 0.15-0.2;
• pastures - 0.3.

Alfalfa, according to the instructions for use, is sprayed during budding, other crops - throughout the growing season. Solution consumption - 200-400 liters per hectare. Peas are processed 1 time, other crops - 2 times. Waiting period - 20 days, for beets - 45 days. Wild vegetation and pastures from locusts are treated once, during the development of pest larvae. 200-400 liters are spent per hectare.

In private household plots "Alfacin" treats apple trees from codling moths, leafworms and aphids, potatoes - from beetles.Application rate: for apple trees - 3 ml per 10 liters, for potatoes - 1 ml. Liquid consumption - up to 5 liters per hundred square meters of potato beds and up to 5 liters per tree. Processing 2-fold for apple trees and single for potatoes. The waiting period is 50 and 20 days respectively.

The solution is almost not washed off by rain, the substance does not migrate in the soil and is not found in groundwater. It is recommended to spray the plants in the morning or in the evening when there is no wind.

Safety precautions when working with Alfacin

The hazard class of the insecticide for humans is 3, for bees - 1, which means that it is strictly prohibited to use it in gardens during flowering. The use of this pesticide in the water protection zone of water bodies is also prohibited. Work with the Alfacin solution, prepare it and spray the plants in protective clothing that covers the whole body, gloves, goggles and a respirator.

Do not take them off during work, do not drink, do not eat, do not smoke. After spraying, wash hands and face with soap and water.

If the insecticidal solution comes into contact with the skin or eyes, rinse them with plenty of water. If it enters the stomach, drink water and take activated charcoal in a volume of 1 g per 10 kg of its own weight. If symptoms of poisoning are severe, seek medical attention immediately.

Compatibility

Preparations based on alpha-cypermethrin, including Alphacin, are well compatible with many pesticides. They can be combined in one solution with microfertilizers and growth regulators. Means are considered compatible if, when mixed, there will be no change in the physical or chemical characteristics of the solution.

Terms and conditions of storage

"Alfatsin" is stored for 2 years from the date marked as the day of manufacture. Storage conditions - dark, dry warehouse, at a moderate temperature. After the expiration of the saving time, the insecticide must be replaced with a new one.

Store "Alfacin" only in its original packaging, close the lid tightly. Only fertilizers and other agricultural products can be kept in the warehouse next to the insecticide, but not food, feed and household products. The solution must be used on the day it is prepared. Do not use leftovers, the solution quickly loses its intensity of action and will be ineffective.

"Alfacin" is used on cereals, corn, legumes, cruciferous, potatoes, beets and alfalfa, to treat pastures from a number of common pests.
