  2. Nail the wooden planks to the ends of the planks.
  3. Pin to the bottom of the plywood bottom. It should be slightly shorter than the bottom.
  4. To close the remaining gap, nail the board. This is where the wax tray will be located. It needs to be strengthened.
  5. In an almost finished structure, install a tray on the board.

  7. To give stability to the horizontal structure of the tray, it is worth nailing a thin rail under it in the corner of the bottom.
  8. So that the tray does not move out of place, you need to fix 2 corners with screws on the sides of the case at the level of its edges.
  9. After installing the baking sheet, close the structure with glass on top. So that it does not move out, you need to nail a stop bar from below.

  2. It is recommended to use only dry wax as a raw material. Otherwise, the evaporation of moisture will provoke the appearance of condensation on the glass. As a result, the rays of the sun will pass through worse.
  3. Raw materials should be laid out in one layer. It is not recommended to install 2 frames on top of each other, as the bottom one will not melt too well.
  4. Pre-frames should be cleaned from drone brood. The larvae release moisture, which leads to fogging of the glass. As a result of reduced transparency, the sun's rays do not reach the device as well. This reduces its effectiveness.
  5. After application, the structure must not be left overnight with dry land. The fact is that the smell can attract ants.
  6. To collect melted wax, you should use silicone molds. This will make it easier to separate the frozen layer.
