With dill

Ingredients:

  • large bunch of dill - 1 pc.;
  • cucumbers - 4 kg;
  • garlic - 1 head;
  • table 9% vinegar - 200 ml;
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp;
  • sugar - 1 tbsp;
  • s alt - ½ tbsp;
  • ground pepper (black) - 1 tbsp. l.

Chop vegetables, mix, pour with a mixture of spices, vinegar, oil, leave to marinate for 10-12 hours. Spread into jars, sterilize (15 min. - half-liter, 20 min. - liter), roll up.
