  • a little acetic acid;
  • two tomatoes;
  • garlic head;
  • 100 ml sunflower oil.

Cooking process:

  1. You need to clean the sweet peppers, carrots, onions and garlic. Then rinse thoroughly.
  2. The bulbs are rubbed on a coarse grater. They put it in a frying pan, add oil and stew.
  3. Grate the carrots and add to the pan. Stir while cooking and add s alt. Sweet pepper is cut into large cubes and added to the pan, mixing well.
  4. When the pepper softens, it will be necessary to add the tomatoes, passed through a meat grinder. Stir and bring to a boil.
  5. Spice with grated garlic and vinegar. Continue boiling for 5 minutes.

  • 300g tomatoes;

  • large spoonful of sugar;
  • ch. a spoonful of s alt;
  • dry chopped garlic - 0.5 tsp;
  • st. spoonful of vinegar;
  • 40 ml vegetable oil.

You can prepare this dish as follows:

  1. Tomatoes, peppers, carrots, onions are washed, peeled and cut into small pieces.
  2. Put prepared vegetables in a saucepan and add garlic, vegetable oil, s alt and sugar. The mixture is put on fire and boiled for 40 minutes. Vinegar is added at the end of cooking.

The product is laid out in jars and sealed tightly. It can be stored in the pantry during the winter.

Autumn recipe with tomato paste

If there are no tomatoes at home at this moment, you can cook lecho using tomato paste.

For cooking you will need:

  • 380 ml jar of paste;
  • twice as much water;
  • sugar needs 3 large spoons;
  • 2 tsp s alt;
  • you need to cook 4 tbsp. spoons of 9% vinegar;
  • three medium sized peeled carrots;
  • six washed and peeled peppers.

To prepare the dish, you will need to do the following:

  1. Carrots and bell peppers are rubbed on a coarse grater.
  2. Pour prepared water into a saucepan and place tomato paste, season with sugar and s alt, boil.
  3. Put in carrots and boil for 10 minutes.
  4. Pepper is poured with hot water from the kettle, kept for 5 minutes. The liquid is drained, and the pepper is placed in a saucepan, 4 large spoons of vinegar are added.
  5. The mixture is boiled for 5 minutes.

The finished product is bottled.

Cabbage variant

This dish tastes fresh and spicy. To prepare it, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 kg white cabbage;
  • bulb;
  • two carrots;
  • large sweet pepper.

The dressing is prepared from:

  • 100g vegetable oil;
  • 50g vinegar 9%;
  • big spoonful of s alt;
  • 3 tbsp. spoons of sugar.

To prepare, you will need to do the following:

  1. Cabbage is chopped in any way possible. Grated carrots.
  2. Long and thin strips are made from sweet peppers.
  3. Onions cut into half rings.
  4. Stir the prepared products and pour over the dressing. Then leave for two hours.

The finished product is laid out in jars and stored in the refrigerator. It will keep its qualities for at least a week.

With cucumbers

This salad is light, delicious, crispy. It is immediately served on the table. The salad can also be dressed with vegetable oil and sprinkled with sesame seeds before serving.

For cooking you will need:

  • a kilogram of fresh cucumbers;
  • 200 g of sweet pepper is better to take two colors (red and yellow);
  • 200 g each of carrots and onions;
  • requires 8 garlic cloves;
  • 2 chili;
  • parsley is taken to taste;
  • 25g s alt;
  • you will need to add 5 g of citric acid.

Cooking:

  1. Cucumbers are washed and peeled, then cut into strips.
