The process of making drunken tomatoes
The whole process of spinning is simple, young housewives are quite capable of preserving it.
How much food to take per 1.5 liter jar:
- tomatoes - 600-700 grams;
- turnip onion - 1 piece;
- celery greens, tarragon, basil - 1 bunch each;
- clove spice - 2 buds;
- laurel leaf - 2 pieces;
- garlic cloves - 2 pieces;
- s alt - 60 grams per 1 liter of water;
- sugar - 50 grams per 1 liter of water;
- acetic acid in solution 9% - 1 tablespoon;
- vodka - 1 tablespoon.
Place herbs and spices at the bottom of the disinfected container, stuff tightly with tomatoes. Prepare marinade: add s alt and sugar to boiling water. Add acetic acid and vodka at the end of the boil.
Pour the hot marinade filling into the jars with tomatoes in a small stream.
Boil water in a large saucepan, place jars with shoulder-length twists, cover with lids, bring to a boil, boil for 10 minutes. Roll up the jars, check the tightness by turning over, wrap them in a blanket and cool in this position.
