- granulated sugar - 200 grams;

- vanilla - 5 grams;

- cinnamon - 15 grams;
- allspice - 5 pieces;
- laurel leaf - 3 pieces;
- mint - 6-7 leaves;
- cardamom - 8 grains;
- water - 450 milliliters.
Sequence of actions:
- Wash the berries.
- Use a wide deep container to remove the pits as the juice will splatter.
- Pour pitted fruits with 100 grams of granulated sugar, put 10 grams of cinnamon, 2 grams of vanilla and stand for half an hour.
- Prepare the marinade: pour the remaining sugar, cinnamon, vanilla into the indicated amount of water, add cloves, peppercorns, bay leaf and boil for about 10 minutes.
- Pour cherry juice into marinade, continue boiling.
- Put the cherries in the marinade, boil for 2-3 minutes, arrange in prepared containers. Seal tightly, after cooling, remove to storage.
In own juice
Very simple recipe, but it turns out amazingly tasty berry. Ideal for decorating desserts, making cakes and pies.
Required:
- cherries - 1 kilo;
- sugar - 500 grams.
Sequence of actions:
- Wash the berries, cut off if there are stalks. Let the fruit dry.
- Put the berries in jars, sprinkling each layer with sugar. Banks to cover.
- Place in a saucepan (there should be a cloth on the bottom). Sterilize 20 minutes. During this time, granulated sugar will dissolve, the fruits will release juice.
- Close the containers, put them upside down, cover until the final cooling.
With cucumbers

Required per liter container:
- small cucumbers - 450-500 grams;
- cherries - 250 grams;
- dill - umbrella;
- currant leaf - 2-3 pieces;
- s alt - 10 grams;
- sugar - 20 grams;
- horseradish leaf;
- black pepper - 2-3 peas;
- vinegar - 30 milliliters.
Sequence of actions:
- Wash cucumbers and cherries.
- Put currant leaves, horseradish, peppercorns, dill on the bottom. Pack cucumbers tightly, sprinkle with berries.
- Pour in sugar and s alt, pour in vinegar, pour boiling water and put it in a pot of water to be sterilized for a quarter of an hour.
- Close, invert onto lid, cover until completely cool.
Marinated cherries with pit - recipe
It's unusual to see cherries as an appetizer for meat, but the spicy berry is the perfect addition to meat dishes. In addition, the cooking time is significantly reduced, since the bone does not need to be removed.
Required:
- berry - 1 kilogram;
- s alt - 25 grams;
- sugar - 50-55 grams;
- black pepper - 3 peas;
- allspice - 1 pea;
- carnation - 1 inflorescence;
- cardamom - 4-5 pieces;
- cinnamon stick;
- vinegar - 25 milliliters.
Sequence of actions:
- Put the washed berries into prepared containers. Pour in boiling water. Leave for 10-15 minutes.
- When the berries warm up, drain the liquid, add all the indicated spices, s alt and granulated sugar, pour in 150 milliliters of water. Boil for 10 minutes.
- Pour vinegar (25 milliliters per one liter jar) and hot marinade into jars with cherries.
- Cover with lids, put in a pot of water and sterilize for 10 minutes.
- Close tightly, turn over, cover until cool.
Storing treats
You can store a hermetically sealed jar for up to 2 years. After opening the container with cherries, keep in the refrigerator for about 1-2 weeks.
