  • Zucchini - 4 000 g.
  • S alt - 4 tbsp. l.
  • Garlic - 3 cloves.
  • Bulgarian pepper - 1000g
  • Tomatoes - 4 000g
  • Sunflower oil - 150g
  • Sugar - 100g
  • Vinegar 9% - 100 ml.

For cooking:

  1. Wash, peel vegetables.
  2. Chop ingredients.
  3. Grate pepper and tomatoes in a meat grinder or blender, put on fire and bring to a boil.
  4. Add zucchini, butter, s alt and sugar, boil for half an hour.
  5. Add the remaining ingredients, leave on fire for another 5-7 minutes.

Tomatoes can be replaced with tomato paste.

  • Pineapple juice - ½ liter.
  • Citric acid - 2.5 ml.
  • Sugar - 150g
  • Vanilla sugar - 10g

To prepare zucchini according to this unusual recipe, you will need to cut the vegetable into 2 cm thick circles, then cut the core of the resulting blanks, turning them into rings. Sweet syrup is made by bringing a mixture of pineapple juice, sugar and citric acid to a boil. After boiling in the syrup, add the vegetable and cook for 15 minutes. The resulting mixture is poured into pre-prepared jars.

To prepare a delicious quick-cooked zucchini snack without sterilization, you will need to separately prepare the marinade: pour a liter of water into a deep saucepan and add pepper (10 peas, you can mix black and fragrant in a ratio of 8/2), 1 ½ tsp. s alt, 100 g sugar, 125 ml vinegar.

The resulting mixture must be brought to a boil. Pre-cut pieces of zucchini are dipped in boiling water for 5-7 minutes, after which they are removed and dried. Ready-made fruits must be distributed in jars and poured with ready-made marinade.

Terms and rules of storage
