Composition and release form

"Anker Trio" - a three-component seed disinfectant. As an active ingredient, it contains 40 g of imazalil, 60 g of thiabendazole, 60 g of tebuconazole per 1 liter. These compounds are included in the suspension concentrate offered to the consumer in 5 liter canisters.

Mechanism of action of Anker Trio

Each of the dressing ingredients is a strong fungicide in itself. Thiabendazole is used to produce checkers for disinfecting cellars, vegetable and granaries before laying the crop in them. The protective film formed on fruits and vegetables prevents pathogenic organisms from settling on them for six months and destroys fungi and bacteria that are already on their skin. This is due to blocking the production of DRC and RNA, affecting microtubules, depriving the cell of the ability to synthesize a new nucleus and membranes.

Tebuconazole inhibits protein synthesis in fungi. Imazalil inhibits the production of protein in cell membranes, causing the microorganism to die, which is sometimes accompanied by membrane rupture.

Consumption rate and application rules

For aerosol treatment of grain seed, before the start of field work, or in advance, prepare a mixture of Anker Trio seed disinfectant with water. For 1 ton of grain, 10 liters of working fluid are used.

A necessary condition for the quality processing of grain is its purity. Dust, weed impurities and other debris are removed. Only grain is treated in advance, the moisture content of which is not higher than 15%. More raw material is processed no earlier than 3 days before sowing. Medium-sized grains have the best germination. They are the ones that are being disinfected.

During wetting treatment, micro and macro fertilizers can be applied to the surface of the grains at the same time. Subsequent drying after such an event is not required.

Safety

"Anker Trio" is dangerous for humans. Therefore, after being instructed on labor protection and the rules for providing first aid, workers put on overalls. One set consists of:

respirator.

The disinfectant exhibits high toxicity, getting into the respiratory tract and digestive organs. Therefore, do not remove the respirator during work, do not talk or smoke.

When it comes into contact with the skin, Anker Trio not only causes redness and rashes on it, but is also actively absorbed into the bloodstream. Therefore, even small drops of the substance are immediately washed or soaked with a napkin or cotton wool. The area is then washed with plenty of soap and water.

The protectant that got into the eyes is washed out for several minutes with running water, keeping the eyelids open. They turn to a doctor. Anker Trio that has entered the nasopharynx is rinsed with water and baking soda. If after that the condition began to worsen, they immediately quit work and call a doctor.

Adult employees are allowed to process grain with a disinfectant, excluding people with poor he alth, pregnant and lactating women.

Dine at a distance of 200 meters from the site where the dressing is carried out. Before carefully removing gloves, wash face and hands with soap. The same is done at the end of the work.
