KAS-32: fertilizer composition and instructions for use, dosage and analogues
Nitrogen fertilizers are used in agriculture for all crops. It is the main source of nitrogen that plants need to grow. Consider the composition and form of release of "KAS-32", where and how to use the drug, safety measures. How compatible it is with other fertilizers or pesticides. How to store the drug and under what conditions, what can be replaced in agriculture.
Composition and release form of "KAS-32"
"KAS-32" (carbamide-ammonium nitrate) - nitrogen fertilizer in liquid form, manufacturer - Russian company "Akron". The percentage of nitrogen is 32%. This is a mixture of aqueous solutions of ammonium nitrate and urea.Nitrogen is in 3 forms: easily digestible by plants nitrate, which has a quick effect, ammonium and amide. The last two allow the fertilizer to act for some more time until they turn into the nitrate form. Thanks to nitrogen in 3 forms, KAS-32 nourishes plants immediately after application and has a prolonged effect.
Due to the liquid form, nitrogen losses during the application of the mixture are no higher than 10%, compared with the granular form, in which the loss of the element can reach 30-40%. To prevent volatilization of ammonia, especially if the ground is dry, the air temperature is elevated, it is recommended to embed "KAS-32" into the soil, at least to the minimum allowable depth.
Area of use of the drug
Liquid fertilizer affects plants no worse than s altpeter and carbamide, but enters the soil quickly and immediately begins to act. It is noted that after its use, the amount of protein in the harvested grain increases.
Nitrogen fertilizer is recommended for plant nutrition during the growing season. During its preparation, undiluted liquid can be applied to the soil, under plants - in the form of a solution, for foliar top dressing, also prepare a solution.
Spraying on the leaf is carried out in stressful situations (cold snap and frost, drought, etc.), when the absorption of nutrients by the roots of plants is slowed down, and the rate of growth and development is slowed down. The amide form of nitrogen quickly penetrates into the leaf tissues of all crops. Foliar top dressing with a mixture of "KAS-32" is recommended to be combined with top dressing with fertilizers with microelements or with plant protection products.
The use of nitrogen fertilizer helps to correct the nutrition of crops at key stages of their development or provide them with missing nutrients.
Instructions for use
"KAS-32" can be used for all crops for the main application, when planting and for top dressing. Dosage and consumption depend on the requirements of the crop and the agrochemical parameters of the soil.
The first top dressing in spring can be done after the snow melts, the second and third - combined with protective equipment, growth regulators. The effectiveness of "KAS-32" is affected by the weather. The maximum result can be seen provided that the solution lingers on the leaves for as long as possible. Therefore, it is recommended to carry out processing when it is cool and overcast. For the same reason, it is not advisable to spray the plants with a solution of fertilizers soon after rain or after dew. The best time to apply "KAS-32" separately and together with other drugs is in the evening.
Safety measures when working with the tool
"KAS-32" is not dangerous for the environment, improves the consumption of nitrogen by plants in the dry season, the cost of applying it is lower compared to other fertilizers. The mixture is non-toxic, does not explode or ignite, as is typical for s altpeter.
According to the effects on the body of the components - nitrate and urea - the mixture belongs to class 3. You need to work with it in protective clothing, gloves, goggles and a respirator. Especially protect the skin from contact with a solution that has an irritating effect. The drug that has got on the skin should be washed off with water. Do the same if liquid gets into your eyes.
Compatibility with other substances
This nitrogen fertilizer can be mixed with pesticides, fertilizers and micronutrients to reduce costs by reducing the number of applications. Cost savings also come from fully mechanized application processes.
Storage conditions
They keep "KAS-32" in tanks for storing aqueous ammonia and complex fertilizers in liquid form. It needs to be transported and applied by machines for liquid fertilizers.
The storage conditions are special: due to the freezing of the liquid at sub-zero temperatures, it must be kept in a heated room to avoid crystallization. In particular, fertilizer stored in metal or plastic containers must not be allowed to freeze. Shelf life: 6 months, then the effectiveness of the liquid decreases.
Analogues
You can replace "KAS-32" with nitrogen fertilizers: "Azotophosphate" brand NP 33: 3, "KAS-30", "KAS-28", "Plantafol", "KAS-M" . Preparations contain nitrogen in different forms, and differ in percentage.
Liquid nitrogen fertilizer "KAS-32" has many advantages over granular fertilizers. Nitrogen in it is immediately in 2 different forms: in fast-acting nitrate, as well as in amide and ammonium, which allow the mixture to act for a long time. The mixture nourishes the plants throughout the season. It is distinguished by a low percentage of nitrogen loss, low application costs. In addition to root nutrition, it supplies plants with useful elements through the leaves when spraying. Allows them to recover faster and easier after a lack of elements, drought, cooling, exposure to adverse factors.Improves the condition of crops, the quality and quantity of the harvested crop increases.
