Planting and care

Saplings are planted in autumn. In order for the trees to take root well, they adhere to certain rules.

  1. Dig a hole 0.45-0.50 m deep. The dug soil is mixed with manure or peat.
  2. A support is driven into the center of the hole, then a seedling is placed, gently spreading the roots.
  3. The pit is covered with a fertile soil mixture, which is trampled down. It is important not to deepen the root neck of the seedling.
  4. Pour 1-2 buckets of water into the trunk circle to compact the soil.
The variety is moisture-loving. Different methods are used for irrigation: sprinkling, through grooves in the soil.
