Ingredients (per 9 l):

  • spicy peppers - 100 g;
  • cucumbers - 6 kg;
  • pepper (Bulgarian) - 1 kg;
  • tomatoes - 3 kg;
  • garlic cloves - 200 g;
  • glass of apple cider vinegar (6%);
  • glass of granulated sugar with top (250 g);
  • 4 tbsp. tablespoons of coarse s alt (80 g);
  • 2 cups sunflower oil.

Cooking process:

  1. Wash vegetables.
  2. Peel off the skin from overgrown cucumbers, then cut lengthwise and remove the seeds with a small teaspoon. Then chop on a grater. Just cut the young ones into thin slices diagonally. Place the vegetables in a thick pot.
  3. Cut the stalk from the tomatoes, cut them. Cut all available peppers, remove seeds. Pass through a meat grinder. Pour the resulting puree into the cauldron with cucumbers.
  4. Pour sunflower oil into the cauldron, add coarse s alt and granulated sugar, mix gently.

  6. Pour in apple cider vinegar, simmer for 5 minutes, remove from heat.
  7. Put prepared snacks in jars, roll up metal lids, wait until cool.

The recipe for this cooked appetizer is simple.

Ingredients (per 6L):

  • cucumbers - 6 kg;
  • hot tomato sauce - 1 l;
  • glass of granulated sugar with top (250 g);
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of coarse s alt (40 g);
  • a glass of 9% table vinegar (250 ml).

How to make this easiest recipe:

  1. Wash vegetables.
  2. Cut the cucumbers into thin long strips with a potato peeler, put them in a saucepan.
  3. Pour granulated sugar and coarse s alt into the tomato sauce (1 l). Pour into a saucepan, leave to infuse for half an hour.
  4. Put the pot on a slow fire and boil for half an hour.
  5. After 25 minutes, pour in the vinegar, stir thoroughly, cook for another 5 minutes.

Ingredients (per 6L):

  • cucumbers - 3 kg;
  • tomatoes - 1.5 kg;
  • bell pepper - 4 kg;
  • hot capsicum - 100 g;
  • garlic cloves - 100 g;
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons coarse s alt;
  • 8 art. tablespoons 6% apple cider vinegar;
  • 1 glass of sunflower oil.

Cooking process:

  1. Wash vegetables.
  2. Put the tomatoes in boiling water, peel off the skin, cut into small squares. Place 1.5 kg of tomatoes on the bottom of the cauldron, pour 1 glass of sunflower oil.
  3. Take 3 kg of cucumbers, cut them into thin strips or circles. Place them on top of the tomatoes in the cauldron.
  4. Peppers clean from seeds. Skip in a meat grinder, add s alt. Pour everything from above into the cauldron.
  5. Place the cauldron over a small fire. After boiling, gently mix everything, boil for another 20 minutes.
  6. Peel the garlic cloves, crush. Pour the garlic into the cauldron and pour in the vinegar, mix and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Sterilize jars, put salad in them.
  8. Cover the lids, roll up, wait for the salad to cool.

  2. Take 6 kg of cucumbers, cut thinly, put in a pan.
  3. Remove the seeds from the pepper, chop, mince with the garlic cloves. Mix the mass with tomato sauce, add coarse s alt, add butter and pour a glass of granulated sugar without top. Pour into a saucepan.
  4. Place on a small fire. Boil for half an hour, pour in vinegar essence, stir, leave for a few minutes, then place in sterilized jars and close them, put them on the table, turning over.
  5. When the salad has cooled, you can place the workpiece anywhere where the jars will lie for the winter.
