  • garlic - 200 g;
  • vegetable oil - 50 ml;
  • vinegar - 100 ml;
  • sugar - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • s alt - 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking steps:

  1. Chop chopped peppers, garlic and tomatoes in a meat grinder. A bunch of cilantro finely chopped.
  2. Mix the resulting ingredients in a saucepan, put them on medium heat.
  3. Stir the contents of the pot and cook for about 20 minutes.
  4. Add cilantro, s alt and sugar, then boil the vegetable mass for 10 minutes.
  5. Pour in the vinegar, remove the pan from the stove.

Pour the mass into sterilized glass jars. Add 1 tsp to each jar. vegetable oil, close and roll up the lid.
